Terms of Service

Last updated October 23, 2026

These terms are between you and Lake Country Foam Party, LLC, which does business as Always Open (“we”) from Central Georgia, United States. By asking us to start service, or by using our website, you agree to them. They are written in plain language. If something is unclear, ask us before you sign up.

What we do

Always Open is the front office for local businesses. Depending on your plan, we reply to reviews, keep your Google profile and listings current, ask your customers for reviews, post to Facebook and Instagram, text back missed calls, follow up on quotes, send appointment, invoice and payment reminders, log leads, and send you a one-page report each month. The plans and prices are on our website. You approve anything sensitive, such as a reply to an angry customer, before it goes out. We tell you about any review under four stars the same day we see it. Texting features, such as missed-call text-back and reminders, start once carriers approve your business number, which usually takes about two weeks.

Plans, fees and billing

Month to month, and a 30-day refund

There is no contract. You can cancel any time by text or email. Service continues through the month you have paid for, and there is no cancellation fee. If the first month is not worth it, tell us within 30 days of starting and we will refund that month’s fee and the setup fee. We may end service with notice if a payment fails, or if you ask us to do something that breaks the law or a platform’s rules.

Your accounts stay yours

You own your Google Business Profile, Facebook page, reviews, customer information and phone numbers. We work as a manager on your accounts. You promise that you have the right to give us that access. You can remove our access any time, and when you cancel we will remove ours promptly.

By starting service, you authorize us, as a manager on those accounts, to reply to reviews and to publish posts and updates on your behalf. We post only replies and posts that we or you have approved, and anything sensitive comes to you first. You can withdraw this authorization at any time by removing our access or telling us.

How we work

No guarantees

We work to improve how your business shows up and how quickly you respond to customers. We cannot promise a search ranking, a number of reviews, calls, leads or any amount of revenue. Results depend on your business, your market, and what Google and other platforms do.

Your responsibilities

Text messages

When we text on your behalf, we use your business number. Texts include replies to missed calls, confirmations, reminders, quote follow-ups and invoice or payment reminders. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Anyone can reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information. Business texting needs a registration with US carriers, which takes about two weeks. Texting features start once it is approved.

After-hours AI line

If you add the after-hours AI line, it tells every caller that it is an AI and that the call may be recorded. You agree that you will not ask us to disable that notice.

Limits on our liability

We provide the service with reasonable care, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we rely on platforms we do not control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
